In 2006, an estimated 150-200 kiddos (plus parents, some in costume too) took advantage of some great Indian Summer weather at the inaugural City Center Halloween night. Trick or treaters visited 11 participating locations. A souvenir treasure map showed which merchants to visit to get the goodies.
